Account Managers
Account Managers are the client's dedicated point of contact. Acting simultaneously as customer service representatives, sales representatives, production coordinators, and team leaders, they're accountable for all Geomedia Group services provided to their clients. Account Managers work with Data Analysts and Media Planners to coordinate each project. Their backgrounds typically include advertising diplomas, business school, master's degrees in Geographical Information Systems and/or Political Science.
Data Analysts
The Data Analysis group is comprised of: database experts who mine and refine customer data;geographic information systems (GIS) personnel who translate that data to maps and spatial analyses; experts in geodemographics who correlate maps to known consumer cluster profiles: and database marketing analysts who handle customer profiling and ongoing CRM activities for our clients. Ultimately, this group generates the reports that translate data into action items. A data analyst's background usually includes a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business school, MBA, master's in Science, and degrees in GIS.
Media Planners
Media Planners turn those action plans into reality, selecting, negotiating, and booking media according to tailored geodeomographic analysis. Media Planners are client advocates, ensuring the best possible ROI for your newspaper, flyer, admail and interactive campaigns. We like to think that our Media Planners aren't just buying ad space and delivery routes — they're saving our clients millions of dollars a year. Media Planners come from diverse educational backgrounds but typically have strong previous work experience in business, advertising and media management.
